Project Management

Fardig Construction is a licensed General Contractor that provides Project Management Services. Preconstruction

Having the right team in place during the preconstruction phase is an essential step in starting the project off on the right path. The experiences we offer during this phase, provides the Owner & Design team accurate & invaluable information.

Construction

Upon completion of the preconstruction phase, our team will be ready to start the MEP coordination and submittal review process. The CPM schedule will include MEP coordination activities to ensure coordination is completed well in advance of the actual start of the construction activities. This preplanning, and coordination early in the project, allows the subcontractors to be more productive. Thus minimizing disruptions and change orders during the construction phase.
