COMPANY PROFILE
After working several years in the construction industry, Matt Fardig founded Fardig Construction Company, Inc., in 2003. Matt’s previous construction experiences include a million square foot replacement hospital, 250 acre prison, comprehensive cancer center, office buildings, and dozens of office & acute care remodels within occupied facilities. These experiences are as broad in scope as they are in contract value.
The experiences gained by managing these projects, has refined Matt’s management skills and business philosophies. One of the keys to Matt’s success is his ability to be creative in solving difficult or challenging situations. This is especially true while working in occupied facilities.

MARKET SEGMENTS
With most of our work taking place within, or adjacent to occupied facilities, we understand the importance of coordinating construction activities to minimize disruptions in service. Our Construction Management experience provides us with an Owner’s perspective that is instilled in all of our projects. We see the project from the Owner’s perspective whether we’re contracted as the General Contractor, or the Construction Manager. This experience helps us coordinate even the most challenging construction activities.
