The CPM schedule will include MEP coordination activities to ensure coordination is completed well in advance of the actual start of the construction activities. This preplanning, and coordination early in the project, allows the subcontractors to be more productive. Thus minimizing disruptions and change orders during the construction phase.<\/p>\n
